John Flatley: Mr. Flatley is the founder of Flatley Discovery Lab. John received his B.S.  from Boston College in 1986.  John has worked in the real estate field since his graduation and invests, owns and operates over one million square feet of commercial property in Massachusetts and Southern New Hampshire.  John and his family have been active supporters of the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation and The Massachusetts General Hospital.

Richard Fitzpatrick: Dr. Fitzpatrick helped start Flatley Discovery Lab and serves as its COO and CSO.  Richard received his Ph.D. in Chemistry from The Pennsylvania State University and his MBA from Babson College.  He has spent almost 20 years in biotechnology working on a wide variety of projects, including DNA and peptide synthesis, protein separation and purification, and drug discovery and development.  He is co-author of 20 publications and co-inventor on 12 patents.  Prior to Flatley Discovery Lab, Richard spent ten years at Genzyme Corporation as a Principal Scientist working in drug discovery for infectious disease, oncology, and metabolic indications.
